Citizen Engagement further grounds its roots while driving implementation of projects
In a move to further engage with citizens and deliver quality projects a meeting with General public and citizens took place at Aundh Ward Office on Thursday, November 30, 2017. CEO, PSCDCL along with Aundh Ward Officer Mr. Sandeep Kadam and groups of citizens, consultants of projects, President and members of AundhVyapari Association, AundhVikas Mandal, AundhBanerBalewadiPashanVikasManch and others were present for this meeting after the regular Mohalla committee meeting. Mr. Ravi Oswal, President AundhVyapari Association will present a proposal for a community experience through gathering of people, music, fun and shopping from the 20th of December till the 10th of Jan, 2018. As mentioned earlier, similar Citizen Engagement meetings will be held every 1st Saturday of the month and for the month of December it is planned on December 2nd from 11:00 onwards at Aundh Ward Office. A notice regarding the same has been displayed on Aundh Ward Office and letter sent to various mandals/associations through Aundh Ward Office.
Citizens and associations/ mandals are urged to join in more numbers for this meeting on Saturday, December 2nd in order to review suggestions and gather frequent feedback. PSCDCL has been proactively pursuing different channels of citizen engagement to receive constant and frequent feedback from all stakeholders of society. In the beginning of the month on November 4, 2017, the city advisory forum meeting was held in the presence of Local Guardian Minister Shri Girish Bapat, Mayor Smt. MuktaTilak, MP Anil Shirole, MLA’s and the Collector of Pune along with CEO, PSCDCL Dr. RajendraJagtap.
